Nadine's Banana Revive Waffle Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
1-2 scoops Protein Fuel or Revive (flavour of your choice)
1 egg
50ml milk (almond/normal whichever you prefer)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder and revive or protein fuel) while pre-heating your waffle iron.
Step 2
Mash the banana and add to the dry ingredients while adding the wet ingredients (milk and eggs).
Step 3
Pour the batter into your waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp and serve with toppings of your choice (fresh fruit & nutbutter).
No waffle iron no problem, this recipe work well as flapjacks too!
