Refunds and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it within 7 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange from Optimum Cadence (T/A Cadence Nutrition).
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on Cadence Nutrition, you can return it provided the following:
- You have a valid tax invoice from Cadence Nutrition or Bikalot
- Your purchase was within the last 30 days.
- For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
- Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Returned items must be sent back to Cadence Nutrition at the purchasers cost. Items should be well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
- If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately on info@cadencenutrition.com and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
- If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
- Returns may be subject to a handling fee to be determined on a case by case basis
