Our Vanilla Classic Energy Gel is a scientifically optimised formula for rapid energy delivery. Each 51g sachet provides 30g of carbohydrate as a 2:1 combination of maltodextrin and fructose, a validated ratio for maximum energy delivery.

Additional sodium and potassium replace lost electrolytes, reduce the risk of hyponatraemia and may help prevent cramping. 50mg of caffeine per sachet improves mental alertness and boosts exercise performance.

Directions and dosage:

Consume 1 gel each hour during intense exercise when used in conjunction with Cadence Nutrition CarboFuel or Marathon drink as directed on our product page. Do not consume more than 10 sachets a day.
