That’s why we’re sharingĀ this delicious and performance-focused Race Day Date Balls recipe. Packed with natural energy, recovery-supporting nutrients and a hit of quality protein from our Revive mix, this is the perfect make-ahead snack to add to yourĀ training nutrition toolbox.

Every ingredient has been selected to support energy release, muscle repair and hydration - all in a bite-sized, on-the-go format.Ā 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your favourite nuts, finely chopped or blitzed
  • 1 cup oats flour
  • 1 cup of coconut
  • 400g dates
  • 1 tsp Cacao MacaĀ  powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Himalyan salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 heaped scoop ofĀ Cadence Nutrition Revive Mix
  • ½ cup of your nut butter

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a single bowl and blend well.
  2. Roll into bite size portions.
  3. Dust with extra cocoa powder and/or coconut to finish.Ā 
  4. Store in the fridge
