Cadence Nutrition is a nutritional supplement company which aims to supply the athlete with the highest standard of nutritional product for all types of endurance sports while distributing our range of products through a network of retail stores and online.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is currently only available to clients in South Africa. Should you be interested in an international purchase, please send us a mail to info@cadencenutrition.com

Limitation of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct. There may unknowingly be errors or inaccuracies and thus cadencenutrition.com is used at your own risk.

cadencenutrition.com can not be held responsible for any loss, liability or damages whether these may be direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the use of the cadencenutrition.com website or it’s products.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it within 7 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange from Optimum Cadence (T/A Cadence Nutrition).

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on Cadence Nutrition, you can return it provided the following:

You have a valid tax invoice from Cadence Nutrition or Bikalot
Your purchase was within the last 30 days.
For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Returned items must be sent back to Cadence Nutrition at the purchasers cost. Items should be well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately on info@cadencenutrition.com and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
Returns may be subject to a handling fee to be determined on a case by case basis

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over R1100. We have a flat shipping rate of R100 on orders under R1100.

Orders will be queued as soon as the transaction has been completed and funds received in our bank account. Processing can take up to 3 days during peak periods and delivery time will be within 2-3 days.

We use a 3rd party courier service and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Customer Privacy Policy

cadencenutrition.com shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Stock availability

Every effort is made to ensure that items displayed on the website are in stock. Should cadencenutrition.com not be able to fulfill an order due to being out of stock, a return will be issued to the customer. Stock availability during specials and promotions is strictly on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

Payment and Security

cadencenutrition.com uses a a secure online payment solution from Paygate, which features the latest SSL3 encryption technology and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Payment can be made via MasterCard and Visa.

EFT payments are also possible, please ensure that the applicable reference number is used and the exact funds are transferred. The order will only be processed once funds have cleared into our account.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

cadencenutrition.com takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and cadencenutrition.com chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Unit 20177 Belaire Estate, Somerset West, 7130
